Services Breakdown.
Initial Design Consultation
We meet with you and look at the project together. You tell us about your connection and hopes for the space. We offer our creative and professional vision and follow up with a written fee offer which outlines the design scope for the project.

Concept Design
Based on your brief, we prepare concept drawings using 3D CAD software to illustrate your dream build. This is the creative and collaborative stage. After which, we can help connect you with a builder to gain an initial costing estimate of your project.
Planning Approval Application
The approval process for building includes three stages. These are Planning Approval, Building Rules Consent and Development Approval. We take care of all elements of this process and keep you informed along the way.
Construction Documentation
We develop the planning drawings into a full set of construction documents. Third party consultants such as an engineer, structural framer, energy assessor and interior designer are engaged if required. This stage provides all the certified plans, elevations and specification documentation from which to tender and build.
Material Selection
We work with a great team of selection specialists who can help you with all elements of selections, including:

Builder Selection + Support
We know it can be nerve wracking or confusing obtaining quotes for your project. We can help you to approach builders, evaluate quotes and select the right company for you. We can also provide ongoing support during the building process.
Project Management
We can Project Manage your entire project, including coordinating design and documentation, determining scopes of works, providing budget estimates, calling tenders, managing time frames, construction administration and defects liability periods.
We also offer Construction Management services where we obtain multiple quotes for each trade component and provide onsite supervision and management to ensure your project runs smoothly.
Compliance Audits
We are experienced in providing a range of asset inspection services for both condition and compliance risks. Our specialties are;
