Based on your brief, we prepare concept drawings using 3D CAD software to illustrate your dream build. This is the creative and collaborative stage. After which, we can help connect you with a builder to gain an initial costing estimate of your project.

We prepare and submit all the plans and documentation to PlanSA for the necessary council approvals.

We develop the planning drawings into a full set of construction documents. Third party consultants such as an engineer, structural framer, energy assessor and interior designer are engaged if required. This stage provides all the certified plans, elevations and specification documentation from which to tender and build.
